We’re excited to share a sneak peak of our upcoming Mercedes-Benz McDonough Service Center, a facility designed to deliver the highest level of expertise, efficiency and comfort for Mercedes-Benz owners. As construction plans take shape, we’ll continue to share real-time updates on this amazing project.
This state-of-the-art service center is engineered to serve every Mercedes-Benz vehicle, from luxury passenger cars to reliable SUVs.
What to Expect:
A premium customer experience.
Guests will enjoy a 4,500 sq. ft. customer area, thoughtfully designed for comfort and productivity. The space will feature a modern lounge along with two enclosed quiet suites for customers to work while they wait.
Advanced service capabilities.
The facility will house a 21,500 sq. ft. service department equipped with 19 lift bays, allowing our certified technicians to perform maintenance and repairs with exceptional precision and speed.
Full vehicle support.
From routine service to complex diagnostics, the center will be capable of servicing all Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles, SUVs, and Sprinter light and medium duty vans.
Opening Timeline:
The Mercedes-Benz McDonough Service Center is currently planned to open in September 2026. We look forward to welcoming customers through our doors.
