Jamal Green was very helpful. I purchased a used Mercedes Benz GLE 350 SUV from another dealership. However, the Mercedes Benz App would not display all of the available Digital Extras. Jamal quickly resolved the problem. He offered additional assistance if I encountered any other problems. His professionalism and friendliness were definitely noticed. Also, I want to thank John Culbreth for recommending Jamal in assisting me. I will be returning for my future Benz services.

After some frustrating dealership experiences elsewhere, Adrian cut through the hassles and made my car-buying experience quick and seamless. He went the extra mile as well, personally retrieving the car I wanted from their offsite storage site and delivering the car to my home the next day. The gleaming showroom sets a luxury tone from the first step, and everyone I encountered was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely go here to buy a Benz.

If u get a chance, try to work with Roxy in sales and Paige in service because they worked with us and they bent over backwards to make things happen, which is very different than what u get at other dealers! 5-stars!!!!

Did you know that Mercedes has a sprinter van STAND ALONE dealership and service center? Neither did I. I thought they were intertwined with the regular passenger car dealership. So here I am beginning day one of my 6-day road trip with two children while my husband stayed behind working. The wait time for my vehicle maintenance was pretty long, but it was a busy Saturday, so what are you gonna do!?! However, Adrienne was, by far, the greatest asset this dealership had.
