I want to thank Sean and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South for how they handled an extremely stressful situation with my 2024 C300. My vehicle was brought to their dealership by another business after an issue following an oil change, and that business authorized the diagnostic and agreed to pay for it. Unfortunately, the situation dragged on for weeks because the other business did not follow through with payment. Throughout the process, Sean communicated with me and explained what was happening. In the end, Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South made the decision not to hold me responsible for a bill I never authorized and allowed me to pick up my vehicle even though they still had not received the payment they were promised. I cannot express how much I appreciate that. They could have continued to leave me caught in the middle of a dispute that was not mine, but instead they treated me fairly and made sure I was finally able to get my vehicle back without charging me a dime. Thank you to Sean and the management team for showing compassion, professionalism, and excellent customer service during a very frustrating situation. After everything I went through, getting that call saying I could finally come get my car was such a relief. I truly appreciate how Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South handled the situation and would absolutely recommend them. UPDATE: I also want to specifically recognize Sean Thomas. Even after my vehicle was released, he continued helping me with questions about my coverage and followed up with the finance department to make sure I received the correct information. He has been responsive, helpful, and professional throughout this entire experience. Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South has a great employee in Sean, and I truly appreciate everything he did to help me.

Update: I initially had a frustrating experience and rated the company 1 star. However, they acknowledged their mistakes, took responsibility, and have made a genuine effort to address the issues and improve moving forward. I appreciate how they handled the situation and their commitment to making things right. Based on that, I’m comfortable updating my rating to 5 stars.

Really happy with our experience with Elias Barnes. We were buying from out of state and I probably asked him more questions than the average customer 😂 but he was patient with us through the whole process and helped get everything worked out before we made the trip. When we arrived, the car was exactly as represented, everything was ready to go, and the process was easy. We love the car and really appreciate Elias taking care of us. Definitely recommend asking for him.

I came in to service for my GLC300. It had a recall and some defective USB ports. Paige Celis was my advisor and she was awesome. She was super helpful in her knowledge and understanding of what I needed for my vehicle. Overall, I had a very positive buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. My situation was a little more complicated than a typical purchase because I had an out-of-state trade and needed an out-of-state tag for my new car. They were able to handle everything without making the process a headache. There were also some documents that needed to be signed by someone who was out of state, and the dealership was very helpful in getting those handled remotely. I felt they were pretty aggressive with their pricing and we were able to get to numbers I was happy with, although it did take a little pushing on my end to get there. Overall, though, the negotiation was straightforward and I never felt like I was being pressured into making a decision. My salesman, Sean, was great throughout the process. This is my first Mercedes, so there were quite a few features and controls I wasn’t familiar with. He took the time to walk me through the car and show me how everything worked rather than just handing me the keys and sending me on my way. The only real negative was the amount of time between agreeing to the numbers and actually getting into the F&I office to finish everything. The wait was pretty long. I’m not sure whether that was due to the bank taking a while or simply the dealership being busy that day, so I can’t necessarily put the blame on anyone specifically, but it was definitely the weakest part of the experience. Aside from that, I came away very happy with the purchase and how I was treated. Buying a car can easily become an uncomfortable experience, and that wasn’t the case here. I’d definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South, and especially Sean, based on my experience.

I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Breanna! She made buying my first car such a special, exciting, and stress-free experience from beginning to end. I called her the day before, and she immediately got everything moving so that when I came in, everything was ready for me to sign and drive away with my car. The entire process was smooth, quick, and exactly as discussed. She was so sweet, patient, and attentive, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed. She even came in on her off day just to make sure the deal worked with my schedule, which meant so much to me. What really made the experience special was the little things. She had my car cleaned, gassed up, and ready for me, even wiped it down herself, put a beautiful bow on the front. After some frustrating dealership experiences elsewhere, Adrian cut through the hassles and made my car-buying experience quick and seamless. He went the extra mile as well, personally retrieving the car I wanted from their offsite storage site and delivering the car to my home the next day. Did you know that Mercedes has a sprinter van STAND ALONE dealership and service center? Neither did I. I thought they were intertwined with the regular passenger car dealership. So here I am beginning day one of my 6-day road trip with two children while my husband stayed behind working. I took his Fancy storyteller Overland on the road to the mountains with the kids and three hours later my cruise control, sensors and lane assist systems were all going nuts. My steering started acting funky as well & Katherine, though showing compassion for me not wanting to stay the night in Atlanta because it was not part of the plan, advised me to bring it in the morning to have it looked at. She thought the steering code was a little bit more serious than to be plainly overlooked. Explaining that the steering is now electrical and not just hydraulic. Between her and Daniel‘s expertise, they got me back on our road trip in less than three hours!! The van is acting better than New. What an incredible service Center. I was told there’s only three yin the southeast states Nashville, Knoxville and Atlanta. What a perfect place to bring my van they got me in first thing in the morning and saved my vacation!
