We’re excited to share a sneak peak of our upcoming Mercedes-Benz McDonough Service Center, a facility designed to deliver the highest level of expertise, efficiency and comfort for Mercedes-Benz owners. As construction plans take shape, we’ll continue to share real-time updates on this amazing project. The facility is currently slated to open in fourth quarter of 2026. We look forward to welcoming customers through our doors.
This state-of-the-art service center is engineered to serve every Mercedes-Benz vehicle, from luxury passenger cars to reliable SUVs, and even all Sprinter light and medium duty vans.

What to Expect
A premium customer experience.
Guests will enjoy a 4,500 sq. ft. customer area, thoughtfully designed for comfort and productivity. The space will feature a modern lounge along with two enclosed work suites for customers who prefer a quiet, relaxing place while they wait.
Advanced service capabilities.
The facility will house a 21,500 sq. ft. service department equipped with 19 lift bays, allowing our certified technicians to perform maintenance and repairs with exceptional precision and speed.
Full vehicle support.
From routine service to complex diagnostics, the center will be capable of servicing all Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles, SUVs, and the complete Sprinter range.
